Lecturer

at the

Department of Social Policy and Social Work

Extent:         20–40 hours / week

Start:           September 1st, 2024, or later by agreement

Deadline:     16.06.2024

Job description: 

• teaching in Bachelor and Masters programs (full-time/part-time study);
• supervision of the Bachelor and Masters theses;

Required qualifications and competencies:

• a university degree in personnel management, psychology, andragogy, economics or close;
• focus on personal development;
• an ability to provide teaching in Czech and English;
• an ability for teamwork.

• professional CV;
• the applicant who is not an employee of Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University: copies of evidence of formal qualifications, a summary of publishing activities for the last five years in the structure used by the RIV, a list of science and research projects he has led or participated in;
• list of taught courses and number of supervised Bachelor's and Master's theses;
• concept for a Bachelor's course focusing on leadership - in English.
• concept for a Master's course focusing on HR in the non-business sector - in Czech.
