Division of Czech for Foreigners

The seat of the Department of Czech for Foreigners is at the MU Faculty of Arts. It has continued in the 25-year-long tradition of the Summer School of Slavonic Studies where students from all over the world had been learning Czech language. Owing to the increasing interest in studying in the Czech Republic, and, especially the interest in the Czech Language and Literature field of study, Czech language teaching has expanded in new forms of study programmes.

Department of Czech for Foreigners arranges yearlong intensive courses of Czech language for students of both foreign Czech studies departments and other fields of study. Department responds to emails sent to: eva@philmunicz (English, French, German, Italian, Polish).
