Academic commercial activities, cooperation with the wider community
Because of the increased importance of multi-source funding, academic enterprise (economic activity by the university) is becoming an ever-more-important activity at Masaryk University. MU can offer partners its research capacity, advance technology, and the knowledge of its personnel. The construction of a new university campus in the Bohunice district of Brno will provide a significant new base for academic enterprise in the areas of medicine, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry, biology, and sports.
