The aim of this study was to characterize MM proteome by SDS-PAGE and nanoLC-MS/MS and to compare the identified proteins with 2-DE reference map of MM.These characterized proteins involved in a variety of important cellular processes including cell cycle, growth, differentiation as well as apoptosis.
