International Commercial Law Studies
Bachelor's degree in distance form. The language of instruction is Czech.
The programme can be studied only as a single subject.

What will you learn?
The study in programme for bachelor's degree "International Commercial Law Studies" in its combined form gives students an opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of private and public legal framework of international trade in goods and services and related phenomena (international migration of professionals and international investment).
Combined form of the programme makes the the program accessible for part-time students studying besides their occupational activities or as an additional study program besides other studies.
Practical training
No practical training is expected due to combined form of the programme.
Career opportunities
The graduates of the programme shall be useful for management of legal problems in companies and enterprises manufacturing goods or trading in them or providing services, for which more expensive graduates of law need to be engaged.
The advantage of the programme aimed at international and European aspects of regulations of trade will be especially apparent in case of economic activities crossing Czech borders, which has become usual in many enterprises in environment and period of European and global economic integration.

Follow-up studies
Graduation of bachelors' programme does not enable continuation to study full masters' in law and legal science at the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University.
At the moment, the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University does not offer related master's programme.
Graduates from the programme, can apply for the master's degree programme "Public administration" after satistying the admission requirements.
