After nearly two years of intense preparations, the activities of the European Digital UniverCity (EDUC) alliance have been in full swing since September. Masaryk University is a member of the alliance alongside five other universities from France, Germany, Italy, and Hungary.
On 3 June 2021, Martin Bareš, rector of Masaryk University, was elected as the new President of the Czech Rectors Conference.
