- During the stay two lectures were held at Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. Lectures were included to students´ regular courses: one at bachelor degree (within the course Family policy) and one at master degree (within the course European social policy) as well as consultation hours with students and with the teacher of courses. The stay contributed to 1) the further development of courses taught on host as well as on home institution and to 2) on scientific and exchange projects.
- Lecture 1 (25.11. 2013, 4 hours): Development of reconciliation policies in the Czech Republic - before and after EU accession (the development of caring services, maternity and parental leaves, and support for flexible working regimes, analyzing European influence).
- Lecture 2 (29.11.2013, 2 hours): Child Care Policy in Central Europe (incentives to provide childcare services, models of childcare in Europe, specifics of CEE countries, childcare services and associated problematic aspects in the Czech Republic).

- Objectives of the mobility: To present some aspects of welfare state regimes in the central Europe (particularly in the Czech Republic) in the context of traditional typologies of welfare state. Added value expected from the mobility (both for the host institution, and for the teacher): For the teacher: opportunity to improve my teaching skills and to gain new experiences within international academic environment. For the host institution: enrich the offer of standard courses; the opportunity for students to gain new knowledge in the field of social policy and in the current research in central Europe. Content of the teaching programme: Lecture 1: Imbalance between Work and Family as a New Social Risk (Case Study – the Czech Republic) Lecture 2: Child Care Policy in Central Europe Seminar: Policies for Reconciling Family and Work Expected results: Students will become more familiar with the extent and level of problem of imbalance between work and family life as well as the central European family policy in the given field. Students will be able to analyze and discuss the differences and similarities of the policies for reconciling family and work in Europe.

- Doktorský workshop se konal v Tilburgu (Holandsko) ve dnech 19-20. listopadu 2009 na téma „Labour-market Flexibility, Social Protection, and Family Life“ a byl zorganizován Tilburg University ve spolupráci s projektem 6. Rámcového programu RECWOWE (Reconciling Work and Welfare in Europe). Na workshopu jsem vystoupila s příspěvkem „Employers’ Adoption of Work-Family Arrangements in the Czech Republic”, který v podstatě odpovídá zkrácené verzi teoretických východisek mojí disertační práce. Na tyto teoretická východiska reagovala svými komentáři dr. Heejung Chung z University of Tilburg a následovala zhruba 30timinutová diskuze i s ostatními účastníky workshopu. Součástí workshopu byly také přednášky a diskuze: 19.11. prof. Ton Wilhagen - „Flexicurity policie in the European Union“ 20.11. prof. Ute Klammer - "Flexicurity and family: life-cycle approaches" 20.11. prof. Ruud Muffels - "Work and care in (un)balance: how it impacts on income, employment security and subjective well-being"

- V rámci letní školy ESSPA Summer School 2007 byly předloženy první teze disertační práce, které se snažily zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku: Jaké faktory ovlivňují implementaci opatření harmonizace práce a rodiny v zaměstnavatelských organizacích. Na tyto teze jsem získala obsáhlou zpětnou vazbu. Kromě prezentací disertačních prací studentů zde proběhly výukové přednášky: Téma: The Role of Knowledge in the Policy Process: the changing face of policy analysis.
