• On December 14th, the 1st Call has been announced. The international call focuses on digital transformation for the green energy transition.

Grants Received

GA CR – LA-NCN (Polish agency NCN in the role of partner organisation; GA CR in the role of the Leading Agency)

On January 5, 2021 the results of the LA-NCN Call were published. 9 LA projects in cooperation with polish agency NCN will be funded by GA CR, of which 2 projects at MU. More information is here.

GA CR – international projects with Russian agency RFBR

On January 15, 2021 the results of the international Call (with Russian agency RFBR) were published. 15 international projects in cooperation with Russian agency RFBR will be funded by GA CR, of which 1 project at MU. More information is here.

EC & TC CAS Information

• Basic research dissatisfied with the challenges in the HEALTH Cluster - research organizations dealing with basic research in the field of biology (specifically EU-LIFE) are concerned by the imbalance in the challenges of applied and basic research in the Work Program for the HEALTH cluster for 2021.
• 2021 ERC Work Program and First Calls - at the turn of January and February, the ERC will publish the 2021 Work Program and deadlines for project submission.
• Presentation from the Launch of the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon Europe 2021–2027.
• Video produced by the National Information Center for European Research, which briefly presents the forthcoming Horizon Europe Framework Program.
• We also recommend other short educational videos of the TC CAS, which will introduce you to concepts such as LEAR, PLSIGN, PIC, the roles of third parties in framework projects, the framework Portal, annual and ongoing reporting, etc.
