Ministry of the Interior – IMPAKT 1 - Subprogramme 3

• On April 8th, the 1st call has been announced in the IMPAKT 1 programme. Deadline is on May 25th. Programme aims at R&D institutions in order to support international cooperation.

• On April 9th, the 2nd call has been announced in the Doprava 2020+ programme. Deadline is on June 10th.

TA CR - AquaticPollutants (Cofund Call*)

• On February 17th, the 1st Call has been announced in the AquaticPollutants programme. The programme focuses on risks posed to human health and the environment by pollutants and pathogens present in the water resources.

TA CR – M-ERA.NET 2 (Cofund Call*)

• On March 17th, the 3rd Call has been announced in the M-ERA.NET programme. The programme focuses on international cooperation in materials science and engineering in applied research.

• On April 20th, the 1st Call has been announced in the PED programme. The programme focuses on international coopertion and networking.

• On March 21st, the Standard project Call 2021 has been announced. The Call aims to support projects in basic research and is opened to applicants at any stage of their career.

GA CR – LA grants CEUS (international projects evaluated on the Lead agency principle, with GA CR in the role of Lead agency)

• On February 22nd, the LA grants CEUS Call 2021 has been announced. The Call aims to support international cooperation in basic research and is opened to applicants at any stage of their career. More detailed information including parameters of the competition can be found here.

GA CR – LA grants CEUS (international projects evaluated on the Lead agency principle, with GA CR in the role of Partner organization)

• On February 22nd, the LA grants CEUS Call 2021 has been announced. The deadline of the foreign Lead agencies is December 15th, 2020 at the latest. The Call aims to support international cooperation in basic research and is opened to applicants at any stage of their career.

GA CR – JUNIOR STAR

• On March 21st, the Standard project Call 2021 has been announced. The aim of this grant projects group is to support excellent basic research and at the same time, to provide an opportunity for scientists at the beginning of their career to establish an independent group.

• On March 21st, the Standard project Call 2021 has been announced. The aim of this group of grant projects is to create conditions for the development of excellent research, to set standards of excellent science.

GA CR – Urgent Funding SARS-COV-2

• On April 6th, the Urgent Funding SARS-COV-2 has been announced. The Call aims at international cooperation with a direct reference to the current SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.

MEYS – Mobility

• Call for proposals for support of joint Czech-Ukrainian research projects. Unilateral call (Ukraine). Deadline for submission of project proposals - 25th May. FAQ MEYS.

MEYS - Cultural Heritage, Identities & Perspectives: Responding to Changing Societies

• The call for Cultural Heritage, Identities & Perspectives: Responding to Changing Societies was opened on 31st March. More information on the JPI on Cultural Heritage website and MEYS website. Deadline is 22nd September.

LIFE

The European Commission has taken steps to allow applicants to prepare and submit applications during pandemic-related constraints, including extending binding deadlines. Closed Calls

Ministry of the Interior IMPAKT 1– subprogramme 1

The call of programme “IMPAKT 1 – subprogramme 1” was closed. MU submitted 7 project proposals. The call results will be announced in August 2020.  

TA CR – programme “TREND”

The call of programme “TREND” was closed. MU submitted 5 project proposals as the partner of companies. The call results will be announced in August 2020.  

GA CR – LA-SNSF (Swiss – Czech Lead Agency grants)

The Call of LA-SNSF programme was closed. MU submitted 9 project proposal. The Call results will be announced in November 2020.

Grants Received

TA CR – 3rd call of the programme Éta

In March, the results of the 3rd call have been announced. Nineteen projects of MU have succeeded (total number of submitted proposals of MU was 56). More information about all successful projects is here.

TA CR – M-ERA.NET 2 Call 2019

Czech Head - KONEKTOR Project

• In cooperation with the Czech Head, the Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Industry and Transport, the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and other business associations, the Konektor project was created offering opportunities for projects that promise great benefits for practice; however, where it is difficult to find an entity to join them.
• Its principle is simple - a short abstract of a scientific project will be sent via the intranet channels of these business associations and thus reach several thousand business entities.
• If you have a project that is already completely ready for the transition into practice, or projects that are still in the research and initial development stage, but you see great potential for practice in it, and you are looking for a commercial entity that would either fully or partially finance its next stages, send a short abstract.
