The harmonisation of the law of CR with the law of EC in the field of product liability and in the field of the general product safety

The proposal project links to the basic project GA CR No. 407/96/0699: The harmonization of the law of CR with the law of EC (some problems ensure entrance of CR to EU). This basic project is extended in the field of the product liability and the general safety of products. The proposal project is based on the law analysis of the product liability and the general safety of products in CR, EC and some member states of EC, the law analysis of the foreign judicature in this field. The active participation in the reminding of amendment of legislation in this field and in the new legislation in this field, to use the knowledge and experience obtain in abroad for the maximal compatibility the czech legislation with the law of EC in this field. Summary of res ults of the law analysis, to do interrelation between the product liability and the general safety of products.
