| Description | South Moravian Region is one of the fastest growing regions in the Czech Republic and also in Central Europe in the field of information technology and scientific and technological innovation. This growth is partly due to the conditions that the South Moravian Region has created. The first impulse for the development was the processing of the first Regional Innovation Strategy of the Czech Republic, which helped to launch other supporting activities. However, as enterprises encounter in their activities to a number of problems, the aim of the paper is analysis of perception of the innovation environment in the region, including the potential for development and barriers in terms of high-tech companies, as determined by the qualitative survey. |
