| Description | The author of this contribution focused on researching the so-called "change of control" provisions and their functions in the prospectuses of corporate bonds. Further, he analyzed theoretical application of these provisions in T-bonds issuance terms. In so doing, he aimed at both their legal and economic aspects. Last but not least, he outlines the effects that inclusion of such provisions might have on decisions of investors. |
