| Description | The paper deals with the relation between efficiency and effectiveness of regional development projects. The suggested theoretical approach is illustrated on a set of projects registered as a request for assistance from Regional Operating Program South-East. Efficiency is measured by identifying the investment cost per unit of output, efficiency by standardized cost-benefit analysis. A potential dependency is identified by means of correlation analysis. |
