| Description | Pain is the one of the most common conditions of malignant disease. It has high impact to quality of life of the patient. Breakthrough pain occurs in 60-85%of these patients. Duration of the pain is 30-60 minutes. Only 48% of patients can predict incoming pain. Treatment of this pain is made very difficult due to short duration. |
