| Description | Multimedia textbook of Criminal Law and Procedure - special part is already processed as supplemented and revised third edition. The textbook is intended primarily to the students of bachelor study programs at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, but it is open to the public of course. Criminal materia is focused on a specific part of the criminal law and criminal procedure and takes into account the needs and objectives of the bachelor's studies. There is a set of practical examples arranged in the form of multimedia and assigned to the individual chapters as part of the textbook. The purpose of these examples is to repeat, practice and fix the theoretical knowledge contained in each chapter and also for encouraging students' ability to think of them in the broader context. |
