| Description | This article deals with Act no. 225/2017 Coll., which amended the Building Act with effect from 1 January 2018. The aim of this article is to analyze in the basic outlines the most significant changes that the new legal regulation brings into the text of the Building Act and which are related to the protection of the environment. |
