| Description | Nutritional care documentation is used to assess and monitor the nutritional status of patients and is a key tool for sharing information withn members of the multidisciplinary team. The results of the survey in healthcare facilities in the Czech Republic point to significant differences in the way nutritional documentation is kept, which represents another possibility for improving the quality of nutritional care provided in the Czech Republic. |
