Description | Exhibition of photographs of the leading Czech photographer turn of the 19th and 20 century, Rudolf Bruner-Dvorak, who captured the vanishing world of Muslim Bosnia in Austria-Hungary's occupation. His pictures represent the ethnographic documentary of a typical long-lost world of the Bosnian Muslim city and its surroundings, documenting the period when the Ottoman provincial Bosnian city of culture and patriarchal society gradually confronted with gently flowing cosmopolitan European culture. The exhibition was also a three-dimensional objects, documenting the folk culture of Bosnia end of the 19 century. The exhibition catalog was released the same name. |
