Description | The article defines citizenship as an important part of any democratic society. As citizens of countries in transition to democracy lack the abilities to exercise their civic rights, Andragogy needs to focus on educating the adults of a country in transition to be able to develop true civic society. This article is presents partial research outcomes of a larger qualitative study focusing on social inclusion. |
