| Description | Provision of public services through organizations managed by public sector is survival from the past regime. This persisting situation in public services can result in uneconomical usage of financial means, unsatisfactory quality and nonavailability of these services and mainly in suppression of competition between single providers, which is supposed to be an important factor of effectiveness in public sector. By involvement of private sector there are better conditions for flexible satisfaction of citizens needs and for improvement of competitive advantage of state. The main aim of this report is to clarify to what extent public services are provided by private sector and by public sector. |
