Description | The text deals with structure of the public administration in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia from the territorial view. The text adverts to fragmentation of the criterions for construction of individual offices on the state territory. There is a different subdivision for self-government (14 higher territorial self-governing units), a different subdivision is for the state government - judicial and administrative regions (8 units), and other division is in term of regions of cohesion which is connected to European NUTS 2. In addition to this, there is very disunited structure of the departmental state administration bodies. On the lowest level, there are municipalities which have three different levels of competences, from the view of public administration. The text acquaint with breaking of unitary subdivision into regions, districts, and municipalities, with regard to establishing self-governing regions in the year of 2000. |
