| Description | The aim of this article is to define the concept of seat of arbitration and to analyse its importance for determination of the lex arbitri. The article focuses on confirmation of the idea that seat of arbitration in present international arbitration is understood as juridical connection between arbitration on one side and law and jurisdiction of courts of particular state on the other side. The article also directs to the conclusion that seat of arbitration is decisive criterion for determination of the lex arbitri. |
