| Description | The chapter deals with the foundation of state on the human nature in Plato's and Aristotle's political writings. The different meanings of the Greek term "fysis" are distinguished in order to show in what sense the both thinkers understand the mentioned foundation of state on nature. The result is the comparison of the views of the nature and of its relation to the origin of state in the three writings - in Plato's Republic and Laws and in Aristotle's Politics.
