| Description | Cultivation of a human determins the modification and development of culture and regulates human behaviour. The cultural regulation of relationships between a human and nature depends not only on the recognition of the value of nature but also on the reduction of human needs and demands. Environmental education is becoming a self-preservation need and necessity and it aims for the fulfilment of the ideal of humanity. The author primarily analyses the ethical axiological aspect of environmental education with special regard to its potential in overcoming anthropocentrism and selfish values. |
