| Description | It is only after WWII when the development practically in all spheres, from economics through politics till the social area, has substantially sped up. A special attention has to be paid to a speedy, evidently exponential, progress of science. To understand its results is very exacting. Science has become an “esoteric” subject. Each following generation has got more favourable conditions in, at least, the application realm of science and culture. Thus lifelong education is so imperative now. |
