| Description | The paper deals with issues of public contracts. In the introduction to his article the author particularly emphasizes the role of administrative law in the legal system of the system. The aim of the material is only a certain portion of the new administrative law topics and public scrutiny of the contract with the law. First, the material is interpreted by the concept of a public contract. It is thus a bilateral or multilateral administrative act establishing, amending or repealing administrative law relationships. Through these contracts, there is a transfer of powers and competence of public bodies or to adjust their performance. Furthermore, the author compares the above mentioned contract with a public official acts, especially in terms of frequency and points to the fact that the rules of this institution in our legal system so far lacked. |
