| Description | Positive psychology studies positive emotions, human strengths and the conditions of optimal functioning in work and in interpersonal relationships. Attention is paid to identifying the character strengths and virtues and promoting their practical use in professional and personal life. In the lecture we present interesting results of research studies in the field of positive psychology and we suggest possible application of these findings in ergotherapy. |
