About us

Mission of Hope is a registered student non-profit organisation dedicated to helping people who cannot help themselves, especially children, the elderly, people with disabilities and animals. Mission of Hope projects thus include activities for children in hospitals, visits to animal shelters, assistance to the homeless, help for people with autism, tutoring classes in children’s homes and visits to retirement homes. The organisation also aims to spread awareness and cultivate a socially responsible society while also organising a Philanthropic Evenings cycle focusing on associated issues.
All volunteers are who wish to help by participating in any of our projects are welcome in Mission of Hope. Mission of Hope also supports individual volunteers and helps them implement their own ideas for new projects and new ways of helping others.

Mission of Hope was founded in 2014 with the aim of enabling as many people as possible to get help where it is needed. Since then, 14 projects have been completed or are ongoing; membership has now grown to include over 150 students from all Masaryk University faculties. There association also includes volunteers from among the ranks of international students and students of other Brno-based universities.
