Description | During the monitoring of biotopes in the protected landscape area Beskydy, moss - later determined as Pseudobryum cinclidioides - was found within vegetation sampling in valey of Černá Ostravice stream (leg. M. Popelářová 6. VIII. 2009, det. S. Kubešová & V. Plášek). Consequently, the locality was explored focusing on population of this species and accompanying bryophytes. The paper presents a new locality of endangered moss species in the valley of the Černá Ostravice stream in Moravskoslezské Beskydy Mts. In addition, recent records of this species in Czech Republic and Slovakia are given. |
