We cordially invite you to a guest lecture provided by Ivan Simek, long-time director and managing director of market research company Kantar / TNS Slovakia, currently an entrepreneur.

The lecture aims to examine the following question – What kind of organisation do You work in? First, we shall seek to clarify what is meant by the „culture“ of an organisation (or its sub-units), the relationship between culture and structure, and how this can affect how you would like to work as a manager. Second, we shall discuss the kinds of conflicts that can arise in the organisations and consider ways of coping with them. Finally, the question „Can corporate culture be managed?“ will be posed.
