| Popis | The article studies legal effects of interim measures of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and consequences of member states’ noncompliance with them. The article describes the development of relations between principles of non-refoulement, human rights protection and national security. On this background, the article analyses a recent case when Slovakia acted in breach of the ECtHR’s interim measure against the expulsion of Mustafa Labsi. |
