| Popis | The aim of this paper is to analyse the possibility and the way of the application of Article 5(1)(b) of the Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters in cases of multiple places of delivery and provision of services. The paper tries to verify the hypothesis that Article 5(1)(b) is applicable is situation of multiple places, however the way of its application in this case cannot increase the number of internationally competent courts to disputes arising out of a contract. |
