• Popis: The Dictionary of Moravian and Silesian Anoikonyms (minor place names; DMSA) is an electronic interactive medium presenting a complex view of the anoikonyms (minor place names) of Moravian an Silesian area traditionally inhabited by Czech population, without the borderland newly inhabited by dialectally heterogenous population. The dictionary entries are comprised of anoikonyms containing the words represented by the headword. The dictionary enables (to a certain extent so far) to use the full text search, to search in entries, localities and objects and also to view the entries and anoikonyms in maps using various map bases. It is interconnected with the electronic version of the Czech Linguistic Atlas. The probationary version of the DMSA was launched in December 2014.
