| Popis | Chapter presents the theoretical issues of public self-government finances on the basis of experience in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. The output element is the introduction of decentralization of public administration and decentralization of public finances after 1990. The author provides information about discrepancies of systems local government, with common foundations of public administration, the evolution of centralism after 1945, about the process of decentralization and the introduction of the principles of fiscal federalism. |
