| Popis | The article focuses on the content of the medieval manuscript of municipal law and raises the question about role of this type of resource in medieval municipal office. Aspects of research on legal history of medieval towns and problematic issues are mentioned briefly. The method is illustrated with an example of small royal town in Eastern Bohemia. |
