| Popis | The authors dealt with means and methods of assessment of drivers´ influence by narcotic and psychotropic substances in relation with committing traffic offences in the Czech Republic. For this purpose, they firstly introduced relevant legal regulation as well as practice of the courts and described difference between perpetrator´s influence by alcohol and drugs other than alcohol. Afterwards, they focused on difficulties with determination of extent of driver´s influence by narcotic and psychotropic substances, presented various specialists´ opinions on analysed topic from environment of the Czech Republic, and last but not least, proposed certain recommendations for the future practice. |
