| Popis | The international literature has mainly attributed to the subjectivising verb form crec (que) the functions of the reducing or of the intensification. This study tries to focus on the verification of these two pragmatic functions into the written corpus of the Catalan language, as from the quantitative angle as from the qualitative one. We are interested in the nature of the speech act, the syntactic construction of the verb and the semantic strong or weak value in relation to one of the proposed pragmatic functions. |
