| Popis | A semi-nested polymerase chain reaction for detecting proviral DNA of ovine lentivirus in peripheral blood was developed. Primers for PCR wre situated within the gag gene of Maedi-Visna virus genome. A comparision between PCR and serological tests was performed. |
