| Popis | Disclosing a VHL case among those with only a solitary hemangioblastoma requires an active detection for the mutated VHL gene. The todays requirement should be the gene analysis of the VHL gene which distinguishes the VHL from sporadic HB from the very beginning. Close life-long observation of VHL patients is needed to recognize the eventual carcinoma soon. |
