| Popis | Not only natural persons, but also legal persons can be victim in criminal proceedings. In such case legal person has unlike to natural person special position according to character of legal person. Otherwise, it can share rights during criminal proceedings in the same extent as natural person. Draft Criminal Procedure Code supposes extension of rights of victim. |
