| Popis | One of the most serious complication of the opan globe injuries is the development of the post-traumatic endophthalmitis. The aim of this report is to evaluate the results of post-traumatic endophthalmitis after penetratins open globe injuries with metallic intraocular foreign bodies. Anatomical and functional result of open globe injuries by metallic intraocular foriegn bodies complicated by post-traumatic endophthalmitis depends on early and exact diagnosis, type of infection and adequate surgical repair. |
