| Popis | The authors focus here on the condition of construction companies in both countries, i.e. the basic participants in an investment and construction process, which are forced to operate in the period of a deep economic recession. The empirical illustration in the paper is the data obtained from such institutions as the Czech Statistical Office, the Polish Statistical Office (GUS), the Ministry of Economy in Poland, the National Bank of Poland, the Czech Ministry of Finance, EUROSTAT, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Prague Stock Exchange etc. The deliberations concern the period from 2008 to Q2, 2010, plus July, 2010. |
