Organizational structure
The scope of competence of the Rector's Secretariat includes:
- provision of central services in the field of:
- support agenda of the Rector and Vice-Rectors
- coordination activities in defined areas of competence
- specific activities:
- complete administrativve support for the Rector and Vice-rectors
- coordination, organisation and administration of meetings of the University Management, the Rector's Colleges and Rector's crisis advisory bodies
- coordination of the preparation and management of documents submitted by the Rector to the MU Academic Senate
- organisation of meetings and management of supporting materials submitted to the MU Board of Trustees
- preparation and organisation of the Rector's retreats and defined social events
- coordination of supporting materials and communication with the office of the Czech Rectors' Conference
- managing the Rector's, Vice-rectors' and Transportation calendars
- correspondence and signature agenda of the Rector and Vice-Rectors
- coordination and organisation of transport and RMU fleet utilisation
- managed records:
- Rector's, Vice-Rectors' and Transportation calendars
