With two campuses, a botanical garden, numerous labs and research centres, and a polar station in Antarctica, the Faculty of Science has a lot to offer to its students. Collaborating with other Brno’s universities at the CEITEC research centre, the faculty focuses on jump-starting the scientific career of its students and researchers.

Australian Emma Bolton is also completing her Bachelor's degree in this way. In her four years of study, she has never had a full-time class - until now at Masaryk University.

For Colombian student Laura Catalina Sanchez Florez, her student exchange in the Czech Republic was a turning point.
