The South Moravian Security Council banned visits to health and social facilities
14.50: Following the recommendation of the Ministry of Health, the Security Council of the South Moravian Region has banned visits to patients, such as friends or family, at health and social facilities in the region with the exception of those stipulated by emergency measures of the Ministry of Health, effective from 10 March 2020.
"The South Moravian Region and its security forces are trying to appeal to the public that if people return from risk areas, even if they have no symptoms of disease, for preventive reasons, do not look for mass events, visits to sick people or seniors, ”said JMK Governor Bohumil Šimek.
