More types of tendon suture will be evaluated in the experiment from the standpoint of tensile strenght with the objective to choose the type of suture able to be resistant to active early motion and to muscle spasms in tetraplegic patients. The following objective parameters will be monitored in the prospective clinical study : muscle force and motion extent after the transfer. Muscle force can be objectivised by dynamometer. Subjective parameters : assessment of activities of daily living.
