Na základě našich pilotních experimentů, publikovaných informací a našich zkušeností z oblasti nekanonické Wnt signalizace, se budeme v projektu soustředit na popis exprese a funkce Wnt/PCP proteinů v CLL. Soustředíme se zejména na studium toho, zda PCP proteiny mohou sloužit jako (i) diagnostické markery, (ii) prognostické markery a (iii) zda regulují chování leukemických buněk (zejména migraci) a tím přispívají k patogenezi CLL.
