The aim of the proposed project is to describe changes in Bohemian and Moravian provincial procedural law resulting from the reforms of provincial law in 1627, 1628, 1640 and 1650, and to specify remaining differences between both legal regulations. This period of the development of provincial procedural law has not yet been researched systematically and this gap calls for bridging. The project will be a partial contribution to the development of legal history, especially to the preparation of a complex treatment of the development of provincial law, and procedural law in particular. The new pieces of knowledge will be used in the education of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The output of the project will be a monograph on "The development of Bohemian and Moravian provincial procedural law in the light of legal regulations (codifications) in the first half of the 17th century" (about 300 pages) and several articles in scholarly journals. I intend to submit the monograph as my habilitation
