Developing strategies, especially on regional level, are at present developed from matter-of-fact point of view. The problem of their financing will be solved as the next measure. Although there will evidently be accepted fundamentals consistent with philosophy of EU, for the particular solution will be responsible subjects in CR. Especially, it would have a great importance for decision-making of local authorities. Suggested grant could formulate the model of presentation strategies and their projection into financial aspect. Further it will deal with their bindings on budgets on various level. Aspect, which accents the need of the theoretic basis of the problem, consists in long-run strategy. It implicates the importance of adequate methods for solving these problems. Fundamental result of the grant will be instructional text for students of specialisation: public economics, regional development and administration, further also monograph for local and regional authorities.
