Project has four main goals.
1. To study several basic problems concealing quantum entanglement and of its role in quantum cryptography and quantum games.
2. To develop theory of programmable quantum arrays nad to explore its several potential implementations.
3. To study in depth security issues in broadly understood quantum cryptography.
4. To publish a new book in quantum information processing.
